The AT6937 insulation resistance tester adopts a new generation of high-performance ARM microprocessor controlled fully automatic real-time detection instrument. The instrument adopts a full-color 5-inch LCD display screen with capacitive touch screen, a full digital keyboard, and is equipped with the Anbai Instrument A9 operating system, making the display clearer and the operation more convenient. The instrument has a built-in 1000V voltage source with a power of up to 500W A constant current charging current of 1A is more suitable for measuring the insulation resistance of capacitors. The newly upgraded intelligent constant current control power supply can intelligently sense the output voltage, dynamically adjust the constant current output, and the maximum charging current can reach 1A, with a maximum voltage of 1000VDC. Six range testing enables the measurement range of insulation resistance to reach 10k Ω~1T Ω, with a maximum display of 9999 digits. The testing speed can reach 30 times per second. Improvements and enhancements have been made to high-capacity capacitors such as power capacitors and electrolytic capacitors, making it easy to handle automated measurements of various types of capacitors.
