The CAP Barbell Dead Lift Barbell Jack makes it easier and safer to load and remove heavy barbell plates from your bar during and after workouts. The built in handle with rubber textured grip allows you to quickly hook and leverage the lifting bar off the ground holding it in place while you add or change out plates. Portable and able to securely hold both 1-inch Standard and 2-inch Olympic bars this is a great tool to have at either your home gym or take along to your commercial gym. The bar receiver has UHMW polyethylene contact plates offering a secure hold that wont mar up your bar or damage the knurling. 600 lb weight capacity.
