That being said, so you have the proper expectations, don't expect 100% of background noise to be blocked out. Results vary depending on how loud the noise is around you and what type of noise you're around. For any reason you need an extra level of microphone noise cancellation, we recommend adding neep microphone noise canceling software to go with the Neckset 20.
- USB CONNECTIVITY: Many other headsets require you to select between a USB-A or USB-C connectivity. The downside of that is you don't get the flexibility of connectivity and may require you to order a USB converter in the future. The Neckset 20 comes included with an interchangeable USB-A and USB-C connection so you can easily connect however you prefer, and there's no dealing with a USB converter that can get damaged or lost.
- CALL CONTROLLER: The USB call controller on the Neckset 20 allows you to adjust volume, mute your microphone or answer/end calls directly from the cord. Remote answering from the call controller will only work with Microsoft Teams at this time. To answer/end calls on all other softphones, you will do so from the computer with your mouse.
