- Polyurethane (TPU) hot-melt adhesive powder has excellent bonding and flexibility properties with DTF inks. DTF Powder has a soft and stretchy feel and offers high adhesion. It will stick to the ink and not the film. The colors will turn out bright, vivid and waterproof and they are washable and durable.
- Particle diameter: 80-170μm (touch more softy); Color: White; Melt point: 248 - 266℉ (120 - 130°C); Transfer temperature: 3266℉ - 320℉ (130-160°C); Press time: 6-8 seconds; Washable: 104℉ (40°C) excellent, 140℉ (60℃) good.
- Easy to Use: Work with all DTF & DTG printers on the market and both hot and cold PET films for high production output.
- Storage: Don’t store at freezing or high temperatures. Keep in a cool and dry place not to exceed 75℉. Keep from freezing. Do not store in open, unlabeled, or mislabeled. Keep out of direct sunshine.
- Applications: Resistance to wet and dry washing performance, it is especially suitable for adhesion of high elastic cloth such as Lycra, cotton, nylon, leather, EVA and many other material. They can be printed on cotton and polyester. Design on leather, canvas, T-shirts, pillow cases, caps, gloves, sneakers, phone cases and so much more.
