Due to its modified acrylic resin content, it's effective in protecting concrete and other construction surfaces from harsh environmental elements, primarily CO2. It offers excellent penetration into porous substrates, good weather resistance, and good chemical resistance. It also provides good adhesion to surfaces like stone, brick, and concrete.
